講　題：Modeling: Exploring Reality with Mathematics and Computer

摘　要：

Utilizing combination of Mathematics and Computer Modelling becomes popular as a theoretical or working tool in a variety

of research, including engineering, biological, medical and other sciences. However, building or developing such kind of

reliable system might be much difficulty for most of mathematicians. Here, we will introduce the robust Python computing

environment which help us to focus on studying/solving problem instead of on learning hardwares/softwares' knowledge.

To illustrate the exclusive features of the system, we will discuss how to explore some practical models, including

ASymmetric Exclusion Process (ASEP), Droop's Model etc. In particular, the methods of the visualization of simulation result

will be discussed in details. Within this talk, Python and its packages would be used to describe all the story.
