講 題：New and classical perspectives of the Sobolev spaces
摘 要：
In this talk, I will review some of the historical developments of the Sobolev spaces alongside a recent characterization obtained by the speaker. In particular, I will show that this characterization would have been natural to guess half a century ago, as it anchors the spaces in a very concrete way into the more well-known area of advanced calculus. While a good understanding of calculus is a prerequisite, no prior knowledge of Sobolev spaces is assumed.
