摘　要：

In this talk, we are concerned with the multiplicity of nontrivial solutions for a superlinear Kirchhoff type equation with steep potential well.  By suggesting new techniques and introducing new superlinear hypotheses, the existence of two nontrivial nonnegative solutions is obtained. Moreover, the nonexistence of nontrivial solution is also established. This work joint with Tsung-fang Wu
