備註：

1. 最低畢業學分128學分（Minimum graduation credits: 128 credits.）

• 本系大學部學生於畢業前需修習過一門法學相關課程至少2學分。
  Undergraduate students in this department are required to take at least 2 credits of a law-related course before graduation.
• 英文能力畢業資格檢定：依本校「英文能力畢業資格檢定實施辦法」。
  English proficiency graduation qualification (according to the "Regulations for the English Proficiency Test for Graduation Threshold" of our university)

• 資訊能力畢業資格檢定：依本校「資訊基本能力畢業資格檢定實施辦法」。
  Information literacy graduation qualification (according to the "Implementation regulations for the graduation qualification test of basic information literacy" of our university).

2. 中五學制學生畢業條件規範：應於註冊入學後補修課程學分12學分（限中文、英文、數學、物理之相關課程），其畢業學分數應為就讀本系之最低畢業學分數外加12學分，重覆修習科目之學分數不列入計算，本類資格入學學生若修讀符合教育部所定大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法、大陸地區學歷採認辦法及香港澳門學歷檢覈及採認辦法規定之大學校院開設之大學先修課程、我國大學校院赴境外開設之推廣教育學分班之課程者，得於入學前提出抵免申請，抵免達12學分者則視同補修完畢。
Graduation Requirements for Students in the Five-year Junior Education System: Students are required to complete 12 credits of supplementary courses (limited to relevant courses in Chinese, English, Mathematics, and Physics) after registration. The total graduation credits should be the minimum graduation credits for the department plus 12 credits. Credits for repeated courses are not included in the calculation. Students admitted under this category who take pre-university courses offered by universities or colleges in accordance with the Regulations Regarding the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Credentials for Institutions of Higher Education, The Regulations Governing the Accreditation of Schools in Mainland China, and the Academic Credential Verification and Accreditation Methods adopted in Hong Kong and Macao, as stipulated by the Ministry of Education, or courses offered by domestic universities or colleges abroad through extension education programs, may apply for exemption before admission. Those who are exempted from 12 credits or more are considered to have completed the supplementary courses.

3. 選修本系大學部或碩士班某領域課程達18學分及跨系選修6學分以上之學生，可申請本系該領域之修課證明。
Students who have completed 18 credits of elective courses in a specific field at the undergraduate or master's level of the department and have taken more than 6 credits of cross-departmental elective courses can apply for a certificate of completion in that field.

4. 選修外系開設之課程，而課程名稱與本系之專業選修課程名稱相同，若列為系專業選修學分，則不能再列於跨系選修課程學分內。
If a course offered by another department has the same name as a professional elective course in the department and is classified as a professional elective credit for the department, it cannot be counted as a cross-departmental elective course credit.

5. 課程名稱相似之外系專業選修課程是否被認定為本系專業選修課程，請學生於加退選開始日一星期前提出申請。
If students wish to have similar courses offered by other departments recognized as professional elective courses of our department, they must submit an application one week before the start of the add/drop period.
