Problems from various fields can be reduced to solving parametric polynomial systems. Specifically, we want to count the

number of positive zeros for parametric polynomial systems. In this talk, I will show how to use symbolic computational

tools to accomplish such tasks. By applying these tools, we can solve some interesting problems from the N-body problems,

point charge problems, and a problem about the metric invariance of tetrahedron.
