講　題：傳染病數學建模與分析：從數學到傳染病建模研究

摘　要：

In this talk, I will give an overview of mathematical modeling and analysis of infectious diseases. Examples on applications of mathematical modeling and its fundamental concepts will be given. Some simple but useful mathematical models will be introduced. Historical developments on compartmental models, starting with Daniel Bernoulli’s smallpox model in 1760, will be discussed. Finally, some remarks on future of mathematical modeling will be provided.
