講　題：Low degree Landau-Lifshitz equations

摘　要：

The Landau-Lifshitz equations model ferromagnetism. They include the harmonic map heat flow and the Schroedinger flow as borderline cases. We investigate the long-time dynamics of equivariant flows of a given degree when the energy is near-minimal. I will explain in particular the difficulties caused by low degree. This is part of my joint project with M. Guan, S. Gustafson, K. Kang, and K.  Nakanishi.
