摘　要：

Systems biology usually integrates various biological systems such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, gene regulatory networks, and pathways. Bioinformatics provides the integrating tools to perform the systematic data analysis and construct biological models. In this talk, I will introduce several computational systems biology methods, which can be used in gene function study.
