White noise is a system of idealized elemental random variables and is Gaussian in distribution. It is parametrized by the time t. The Poisson noise is also elemental (atomic) and is depending on the time. We propose a noise, which is new in a sense, depending on the space parameter u. It is shown that each noise, depending either on time or space, naturally arise in the limit theorems in probability. We can give identity to members of each noise. Then, nonlinear functionals of them are made to be generalized functionals if the renormalization technique can be applied. Analysis follows after that.
