講　題：Optimal Mass Transportation Map: Algorithms and Applications

摘   要：

The optimal mass transportation (OMT) map is a measure-preserving map that minimizes a given cost function. The OMT map has been applied to various image and geometry processing tasks in computer vision and deep learning. In this talk, I will introduce the projected gradient method for computing the OMT map and demonstrate its applications to shape registration and brain tumor segmentation.
